hello Sarah:
I too am a cranial sacral therapist as well as a alternative/medical vibrational medical therapist…Ordained Spiritualist Minister, Divine Christ Energetic Healing Channel.

Thank you for your insight into this area of Ascension process being our largest malady at this time…

I have discovered that what ever one is lead towards in the way of body work in the moment is the first important step, rather cranial or deep tissue, for I choose deep tissue over cranial because the type of stress and tension in myself, results from those bringing me their heavy baggage.

However cranial does work well, yet there are a host of solutions to the body adjustment factors, lots of what you already have mentioned, thank you.

The best is the relaxing into the moment with meditation, and allowance that it is all a good thing rather than getting caught up in the focus of fear and all the other stuff in the news media world, would in my estimation, help diminish the stress and tension…in other words, “let go and let God,” and just like you have already expressed, we are all where we are supposed to be…

and I as well, like to add that: all things work out well for those who have faith, trust and belief….that Our Heavenly Father has all things under His control…
